Large gîte attached to farmhouse is on two levels situated in the hamlet of Magdas, 5km from Camares. The gite is 84 M2 of living space and a house of character. It has a sitting room / dining room / American style kitchen and is certified for six people but can sleep eight. We supply all bed linen, bath towels and tea towels and change them all every week. We do not supply towels for swimming or sunbathing.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for up to eight people with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, iron with ironing board and washing machine available in main house.
Sitting Room: Large sofa that converts to a double bed, English and French T.V. with surround sound, DVD/CD Player, large log burner and mobile gas heater.
Dining Area: Table and six, chairs.
Mezzanine Floor: Two single beds, two chairs, sets of drawers and a clothes hanging rail.
Two Bedrooms: Each with a double bed, a set of drawers and clothes hanging rail.
Bathroom: Thermostatic shower, basin, W.C.
Electric heating and electric fans throughout.
Exterior: Private balcony with six garden chairs and a table. Private garden with B.B.Q facility, washing line and ample parking.
We also have a communal above ground swimming pool, 5.4m round x 1.1m high which visitors can use as they wish.
Cot and highchair available on request.
