Semi detached gîte on one level, 46M2 of living space. Situated in the Hamlet of Magdas, 5km from Camares. The Gîte is certificated for four people.
Sitting / dining room / American style kitchen equipped for five people. Bathroom /W.C. shower. We supply all bed linen, bath towels and tea towels and change them all every week. We do not supply towels for swimming or sunbathing.
Kitchen: Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with integral freezer, iron with ironing board and washing machine available in main house.
Sitting Room: Sofa that converts to a double bed, English and French T.V. with surround sound, DVD/CD Player and log burner.
Dining Area: Table and five chairs.
One large bedroom: Double bed with the option of an additional single bed if required, Built in wardrobes, mobile gas heater.
Bathroom: Thermostatic shower over bath, basin and W.C.
Electric heating and electric fans throughout.
Exterior: Private garden with B.B.Q facility exterior table and chairs, washing line and ample parking.
Cot and highchair available on request.
We also have a communal above ground swimming pool, 5.4m round x 1.1m high which visitors can use as they wish.
