Terms and Conditions

Please read and consider these terms and conditions, you will be deemed to have read and accepted them in their entirety if you complete and return a booking form or use any of the facilities within the complex.

A 10% deposit is required with booking form. This is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within one month (30 days) of your proposed arrival but exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Balance payment for Gîte accommodation is due ten working days before arrival.

All food, bar and sundry charges are to be settled when purchased.

All camping charges per night are payable upon arrival and in advance.

There is no additional charge for the use of any of the facilities or equipment offered for use within the complex. However all facilities and equipment is used at your own risk and damage paid for.

Methods of payment accepted:

At this moment in time we cannot accept payment by credit or debit cards.
UK residents can pay their reservation deposits and pre arrival Gite balance payments with sterling cheques or credit transfer into our UK bank account. Details upon request.
All other payments can be made with Sterling, Euros or Dollars.
Sterling or Dollar cheques cannot be accepted as payment in France.
Sterling, Euro or Dollar Travellers cheques can be used as payment.
Conversion rates where applicable will be those published daily on the Internet by Barclays bank PLC.

Pets of any description are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.

Any special dietary requirements must be specified in writing prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee to adhere to such requirements if no forward warning has been given and we inform you in writing of our ability to meet your requirements.

Any physical disability or “special needs” requirements must be specified in writing prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee to adhere to such requirements if no forward warning has been given and acceptance of the provision agreed.

Adults/Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervising those less than eighteen years old within their group.

A group is defined by those named or listed upon the completed booking/ reservation form. Persons not named on a reservation form are not permitted to stay or use the facilities offered other than the restaurant

The playing or creating of loud music, rowdy or loud behaviour is not allowed. It is essential to consider other residents and their rights.

No charge will be made for babies or children under 5 years old if sleeping in a room with their parents or guardian.
(Please specify if a cot will be required)

Childrens portions are available and charged at 50% of the menu price.

Children 5 years and above will be charged as adults in the restaurant unless child portions are requested.
